German Extra Hardy

A porcelain hard neck with 4-7 cloves per bulb.  A vigorous grower, this variety has long roots that enable it to overwinter without heaving out of the ground. Outside skin is ivory-white, but the clove skin is dark red. This garlic has a strong raw flavor and a high sugar content and is considered one of the very best varieties for roasting.

Seed Garlic is at least 2" in Diameter
