Chrysalis Purple

A Purple Stripe variety of garlic. Has a bold flavor profile and a good amount of heat.  With 6-10 cloves per bulb this is a great choice for gourmet dishes or experimenting.  We like adding it to salsa just before canning it.

Seed Garlic is at least 2" in Diameter
